At HireAligned, our goal is to provide you with unquestionable value. We're confident that our services will help you achieve your hiring goals. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:
If, for any reason, you feel that you are not receiving unquestionable value from HireAligned, we want to make it right.
Refund & Credit Process:

Tell Us About Your Experience: In your email, let us know why you feel you haven't received unquestionable value. We also encourage you to share what would bring you that value. We're committed to continuous improvement and your feedback is invaluable.
Refund Details: Upon receiving your request, we will happily refund your last month's payment.
Hiring Credit: Additionally, if a candidate hired through HireAligned does not work out within 60 days of their start date, we will provide you with a $200 credit towards future HireAligned services.
This credit is limited to one credit per role, even if multiple hires are made for that same role.
